Dan Nguyen-Huu is a Partner at Decibel Partners, an $825 million AUM early-stage venture firm focused on technical founders building in AI engineering, cybersecurity, data infrastructure, and developer tools. Before joining Decibel, Dan was at Battery Ventures, where he invested across multiple stages and was part of the team that backed Databricks at its $950 million round. At Decibel, he leads investments at the pre-seed, seed, and Series A stages, writing checks from $1M to $20M. His portfolio includes Sublime Security, Nebulock, and E2B, among others. Dan previously worked at VMware and partners with co-founder Jon Sakoda to build Decibel's concentrated, hands-on investment practice.
